This fee will be credited towards your project cost should you choose to move forward, we’ll provide detailed price quotes after assessing the scope of work.

Depending on the project's scope, our team can include 1-4 skilled assistants to support the team lead. These professionals are adept at organizing and managing a variety of general project tasks. Their involvement helps to streamline processes, reduce timelines, and boost overall productivity. The hourly rate for each assistant is $75.

Disposal of Items & Materials
Our comprehensive disposal services are designed to ensure the responsible assessment and categorization of your items. We manage a wide range of materials, including donations, unwanted furniture, building materials, and e-waste, all while prioritizing sustainability by delivering materials to the appropriate facilities. The cost for this services can range between $350-$1500/+, depending on the specific items to be disposed of and size of load(s). Includes transportation, loading, and disposal drop-off.

If you're considering donating your unwanted items, our professional donation pick-up service is the ideal solution. We specialize in assessing and transporting a wide range of items, including small furniture, electronics, clothing, linens, toys, books, household kitchen and decor items to reputable donation facilities. Services begin at a base fee of $145, with pricing adjusted according to the size of the load. Includes transportation, loading, and donation drop-off. Donation slips can be provided.

Retrieval Services is your reliable concierge solution for effortless seasonal transitions. We organize your seasonal items, whether in a storage unit or designated area on your property. As the seasons shift, rely on us to deliver exactly what you need—be it skis, surfboards, wallpaper or holiday décor such as wreaths, lights and costumes. Our services are available at a rate of $80 per hour per person.

Our experienced professionals specialize in furniture assembly, moderate artwork installation, and organizational component assembly for your closet, garage, and storage units. We work with numerous brands, including IKEA, Elfa, Rubbermaid, and Gladiator, to ensure your projects are completed with precision. Priced at $125 per hour our skilled handyperson is committed in delivering high-quality workmanship and dependable service.
